The craze for sweet potato fries is taking over the menus of many restaurants. The first time I tried these sweet and salty fries was at Taylor’s Refresher in Napa Valley, CA. I was hooked after one bite! I decided to whip up a batch on a whim. I complimented the salty and sweet of the fries with a cool dill dipping sauce. One word – YUM!
