My list is short because well only 5 women really stood out for best dressed. If any of you watched the lack luster Oscars this year, you would know that "Hugo" and "The Artist" took home every award and I do mean everything. I felt like the Oscars were a bit blah.  The same people who always win, won again. So much for change in Hollywood. Oh well! At least I got to look at some beautiful women rocking some smashing gowns! The more sugar you put in ice tea the better it tastes.

Here are my favorite gowns from the SAG Awards 2012! One word Smashing!!! I will take all five of these gowns pretty please.  I'd wear the first gown: while sitting on my couch watching Downton Abbey. The jumpsuit: I would wear while putting groceries away. The third gown: I would wear when answering the door for the FedEx guy. No funny stuff. I just want someone to see my pretty dress. The fourth gown: while flipping through recipes hanging out in my kitchen. The fifth gown: I would wear to bed. I don't forsee any "Red Carpet" events in my future.  So this is the best I can do. No judgement…..

Ok… ok…so I normally NEVER feature celebrities on my blog. I mean my blog's tagline  is "where fashion is celebrity". My blog is about celebrating all things FASHION and the everyday women who love it. However, I received several request from some of my readers to feature which gowns I thought were the best. I chose these five women below because,  not only do they look smashing in their gowns but they chose dresses that enhance their personality and individual beauty! As I like to say "these women wore the dress" ….." the dress didn't wear them." Now, please keep in my mind these are my opinions if you don't agree …that's cool.
